Courage Counseling & Coaching
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Wellness Practitioner, I am dedicated to empowering women through life transitions. Like many women navigating life at 40, I once felt stuck in the shifts of motherhood and career development. Committing to change, I began integrating mindset shifts, mindfulness, and movement into my daily life — to experience more ease in the effort. Small, intentional habits helped me reclaim clarity, confidence, and courage.
Now, I bring those tools into my private practice to help women navigate the stage of life they are in. Using a client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach, I meet you where you are—holding space for the present while helping you identify areas where you may feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed. Whether you are having difficulty prioritizing your health and wellness, stretched thin between caring for loved ones, aging parents or children, struggling with negative self-talk, anxiety or grief —I’m here to support you.
In our sessions, you will begin to:
- Develop awareness of your current situation and learn to be with what is here now without judgement
- Understand the mind-body connection and its impact on well-being
- Identify stressors and develop intentional coping strategies to reduce anxiety
- Reconnect with your core self and define how you want to feel
- Clarify your personal vision of wellness and take actionable steps toward it
- Cultivate a mindset of confidence and self-compassion
- Release the pressure of comparison and reshape your inner narrative
- Establish healthy boundaries and routines that align with your values
- Elevate your energy through movement
To amplify your experience, I also offer Reiki Energy Healing and Mat Pilates (private pay), which complement this holistic path to emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about sustainable transformation, tailored to your life.
Care takes courage. When you are ready for change, you are capable of transformation. And most importantly—you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you.
Let's do this. Together.
